Other attractions and places near to Douglas Hall, include the fabulous beach at Annan that stretched for miles. Annan is about 15 miles away, it also has a paintballing centre and a fishery with about 4/5 different ponds where you can buy your bait & tackle. The town of Lockerbie is 3 miles away offering a large Tesco, pubs and a variety of restaurants. Dumfries is 12 miles along the motorway where you can find Mabie Farm Park for kids, cinemas and shopping. Famous Gretna Green is only 20 mins by car down the M74. The idyllic tourist town of Moffat is also around 12 miles away and the city of Carlisle is around 30 miles from Douglas Hall.
